pH Strips Never Lose Their Calibration
Anyone who has been around a lab for a period of time has had some experience with a pH meter. They are expensive and they tend to drift and lose their calibration quite quickly. For most testing in the food area, a high degree of precision is not required.
The best choice for pH measurements for acid solutions or food is the 0-6 pH range and for overall pH measurements, use the universal 0-13 pH range.
The strips come in a roll, so just tear off the size needed and use the comparison chart to read.
