I am reaching out to you to let you know about the excellent customer service I received from Eddie Breedlove. I was out of data loggers for our Core-Mart customer and unable to make any shipments to Core-Mart. I emailed Eddie late Friday afternoon and was not expecting a response until Monday morning. Ten minutes later, my in-box pings with an email from him. We traded several emails, and he ensured me he would personally oversee my overnight request for Monday. He also had the forethought to only send me enough data loggers to get me through until a ground shipment would arrive with the balance, saving me money. The excellent service I received is not something I see every day. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Eddie.
