Simple and easy to read thermometer
In general, the thermometers that are integrated with ovens are not the most accurate. The reason for this is that the sensor is rarely in the right place…in the middle of the cooking space. Our oven thermometer can be permanently hung on an oven rack right where the cooking is done…and give you an accurate temperature.
This is not an ordinary oven thermometer…it is certified by NSF, the National Sanitation Foundation. It is a non-profit organization that tests all types of instruments used in food safety and food preparation.
The construction of the unit is very robust. All stainless steel is used in the case body, and an accurate bimetal temperature sensor is the main component.
