Step 1 of 2 - Customer Details

  • Complete all appropriate sections of this form as follows:
    - Use one form for identical devices requiring similar service
    - Use separate forms for different types of devices.

    If applicable, make sure to send the external sensor(s) along with the device(s). Failure to do so will prevent us from performing the calibration.

    NOTE: If no setpoints are specified, standard calibration setpoints will be used:
    - Temperature: -20°C / +40°C (-4°F / +104°F) for refrigeration and freezer applications
    - Temperature: +10°C / +60°C (+50°F / +140°F) for meat processing applications
    - Humidity: 33 and 76%RH
