DataWatch is Now Alarm Ready
Our customers use DataWatch and DataWatch Elite temperature and humidity loggers for monitoring critical processes and locations. The beauty of a logger is that it collects data when you are not there. But what if something gets out of range. Better than finding out about it after it happens is to have the logger tell you. How? By using the DataWatch Alarm Link™.
Alarm Link is simple to set up. Just place the monitoring DataWatch unit in the familiar cradle of the Alarm Link, and connect the wires to a powered alarm. It can be a siren, a bell, or a flashing light. When the contact is closed on the leads from the specialized cradle, an alarm condition has been detected.
Alarm can be connected directly if it is DC powered. If not, use a solenoid to switch an AC powered device that serves as an alarm.
